Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit technical content such as:
- Product documentation
- User guides & FAQs
- Blogs, articles, and whitepapers
- API documentation (basic to intermediate level)
- Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content for different audiences
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to understand features and workflows
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice
- Update and maintain existing documentation as products evolve
- Conduct basic research on technologies, tools, and industry trends
- Optimize content for SEO (keywords, readability, structure)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts (software, SaaS, APIs, cloud, AI, etc.)
- Experience writing technical blogs or documentation
- Familiarity with tools like:
- Google Docs / MS Word
- CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Basic SEO tools (optional but preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
