Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and creative Content Writer Intern to assist in developing high-quality written content for our digital platforms. The intern will work closely with the marketing and content team to create engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content while gaining hands-on experience in professional content writing and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Write and assist in creating content for blogs, website pages, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Adapt writing style and tone to align with brand guidelines.
- Convert briefs, ideas, or technical inputs into clear and engaging content.
Editing & Proofreading
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Revise content based on feedback from senior team members.
Research & SEO Support
- Conduct research on industry topics, trends, and competitors.
- Apply basic SEO practices such as keyword placement, headings, and meta descriptions.
- Support content optimization for better search visibility.
Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with marketing, design, and subject matter experts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings.
- Manage assigned tasks and meet content deadlines.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of content writing and digital platforms.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve writing skills.
Preferred / Good to Have
- Writing samples, blogs, or portfolio links.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or social media platforms.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Docs, or similar content tools.
