Content Writer

Job Title: Content Writing Intern

Department: Content Development

Location: On-Site

Duration: 6 months

Role Overview:

We're looking for an intern to join our Content Writing team to support day-to-day work for our online platforms, CRM/Whatsapp and digital marketing communication across multiple customer touchpoints to drive engagement, clicks, and conversions across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

The intern will be involved in creating content primarily for:

• Push notifications

• CRM communication (in-app copies)

• Banner and on-site promotional copies, Editing and proofreading copies for clarity, grammar, and consistency

• SMS and WhatsApp communication, Writing multiple variations of the same message for testing and optimisation

• Video Scripts

• Making SEO title corrections to ensure they are relevant, accurate, and aligned with search intent, while improving visibility and click-through rates on search engines

• Curating products for key events and occasions (e.g., Christmas, Diwali, etc.) by reviewing the website and selecting products that are relevant and appropriate for each event

• To maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness of SKU data across all product listings by conducting systematic daily QC

• Supporting ongoing campaigns, sales events, and launches with quick turnarounds

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to write concise, clear, and engaging short-form content

• Basic understanding of digital marketing

• An ability to write creative copy for product descriptions

• Comfortable working with deadlines and feedback

• Solid time-management skills

• SEO knowledge

Good to Have

• Prior experience with content writing, marketing, or social media (academic or personal projects count)

• Ability to think creatively while staying within brand and compliance boundaries
