Skills

  • 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
  • A strong portfolio showcasing published work samples
  • Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to convert technical and creative concepts into simple, understandable content
  • Good understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital publishing tools
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate when required
  • Experience in graphic design or multimedia content creation will be an added advantage

Responsibilites

Content Creation

  • Research, write, and edit technical and creative content including blogs, case studies, documentation, social media content, and ad copies.
  • Develop content that communicates complex or technical information in a simple and engaging manner suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Become familiar with our industry, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate information and maintain content relevance.

Content Strategy

  • Contribute ideas to content strategies and editorial calendars.
  • Identify relevant topics, trends, and themes for target audiences.

SEO Optimization

  • Optimize written content for search engines to enhance visibility and organic reach.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement keywords effectively.

Content Distribution

  • Work with the Product and Marketing teams to distribute content across websites, social media, email campaigns, external publications, and ad copies.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all produced content meets editorial quality standards for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and presentation.
  • Proofread and refine content prior to publication.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
  • Leverage insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement and reach.
