About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Proposal / Content Writer to join our team within the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in crafting compelling business proposals and client-centric content, specifically tailored to the BPO domain. This role requires an individual with excellent command of the English language, capable of translating complex business requirements into persuasive, structured documents that effectively communicate solutions and value propositions. The Proposal / Content Writer will work closely with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to develop high-quality proposals that align with client needs and industry standards, ensuring consistency, compliance, and brand integrity across all submissions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing, content development, or a similar role within the BPO or related industries is essential. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven track record of developing successful RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses. Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint is required, along with a solid understanding of business processes such as Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, and Supply Chain Management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
The Proposal / Content Writer will be responsible for a range of activities, including but not limited to analyzing client requirements and proposal guidelines to develop tailored responses. They will create high-quality proposal content, including executive summaries and detailed solution descriptions that effectively showcase the company's capabilities and value propositions. Collaborating with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams is essential to gather insights and ensure alignment with client expectations.
The role also involves maintaining and updating proposal content libraries and reusable assets to streamline the proposal development process. The candidate will ensure all proposals adhere to compliance standards, branding guidelines, and industry best practices. Continuous improvement of proposal quality through feedback analysis and industry research is also a key aspect of this position. The ability to translate complex business information into clear, persuasive content that resonates with clients and stakeholders is vital.
