Job role- B2b Marketing Content Writer / Architectural Content Writer
Experience: 2-5 years
The Role
We're looking for a B2B Content Writer who understands the intersection of real estate, architecture, and business decision-making. You'll create content that speaks directly to CXOs, HR leaders, and facility managers — people who are evaluating workplace partners, not just reading blogs.
This isn't a generalist content role. You need to understand the buyer, their pain points and how thoughtful content moves them through a consideration journey.
What You'll Do
- Write long-form content — articles, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces — for a B2B audience in the commercial real estate and workplace space
- Develop website copy, campaign content, and social narratives that position Zyeta as the category leader
- Translate complex design and construction concepts into compelling, accessible business content
- Collaborate with design, sales, and strategy teams to surface stories worth telling
- Own the content calendar alongside the marketing team and contribute to SEO and distribution strategy
- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for social media campaigns.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Identifying customers needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
- Add to the content planning and development.
- Ideating and executing content strategies.
- Be an active member of the team and be open to interacting with other departments and with external stakeholders when required.
- Have a mind-set to bring in new ideas and be part of the team activities.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of content writing experience, ideally in B2B marketing within real estate, architecture, interior design, or workplace/facilities
- Strong understanding of B2B content strategy — you know the difference between awareness, consideration, and decision-stage content
- Ability to research and write with authority on topics like workplace design, hybrid work, commercial real estate trends, and organizational culture
- A portfolio that shows range — from sharp short-form copy to in-depth editorial
- Background in architecture, interior design, or a related field is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills with good command of the English language.
