Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to craft engaging narratives that reflect Enout's voice and mission. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling abilities and a deep understanding of brand communication, helping us translate client success stories, experiences, and industry insights into impactful written content that drives engagement and builds brand authority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and write 300500 word micro case studies based on interviews with co-founders and clients.
- Create blog posts and articles around off-site best practices, employee engagement, and corporate event trends.
- Collect and integrate client testimonials and quotes into case studies, brochures, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the Design and Marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned copy across all formats.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to inform content strategy.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and tone alignment.
- Support marketing initiatives through social media captions, website copy, and email campaigns.
- Maintain a content library and contribute to internal style guides for consistent brand communication.
- Suggest new content ideas and storytelling formats to enhance reach and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.
- 14 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital communication.
- Strong storytelling and interviewing skills with the ability to turn insights into engaging content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Understanding of content marketing, digital platforms, and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization is preferred.
- Familiarity with content or design tools (Canva, Figma, Notion, Google Workspace) is an advantage.
