Content Writer

Earthful is hiring a Content Writer who is fast, research-driven, and genuinely good at their craft. The role covers everything from Reel scripts and Instagram captions to performance copy and long-form health content.

What makes this role different: you will be expected to use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as a core part of your workflow — not occasionally, but daily. If you already do this and have the work to show for it, this role was built for you. If you have never tried writing with AI as a partner, this probably is not the right fit right now.

You will own content end-to-end. AI drafts, you direct and finish. The work that goes out will carry your judgment, not just the model's output.

Location: Full-time, On-site - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Write across formats — Reel scripts, captions, YouTube outlines, WhatsApp campaigns, website copy, and performance ads.
• Use AI tools daily to generate concepts, test hooks, and build first drafts at speed — without going generic or lazy.
• Write prompts that are precise and brand-aware. No vague inputs, no unedited outputs shipped.
• Research health, nutrition, and wellness topics deeply — simplify the science without dumbing it down or overclaiming.
• Track content performance, understand what worked and why, and apply it to the next piece.
• Work closely with design, marketing, and founders to keep everything on-brand and consistent.
• Spot platform trends early and adapt them to Earthful's voice before they become overdone.

Skill Set:

• 2–4 years writing content for social media, D2C brands, or digital platforms — scripts, captions, or performance copy.
• Active, daily use of AI writing tools — with real work to show for it. A portfolio that includes AI-assisted content is a big plus.
• You know how to prompt well: context, constraints, tone, and a clear idea of what you want from the model.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness — you read about it outside of work because you find it interesting.
• Strong instincts for hooks, angles, and scroll-stopping formats. You know why something works.
• Clean, direct writing. Good communicator. Comfortable with G-Suite and basic content tools.
• Prior experience at a D2C brand, health startup, or content agency is a plus — not a requirement.
