Swarna Bharat TV is a mission-led creative platform focused on producing precise, high-quality stories on Bharat's history, culture, spirituality, and knowledge systems. Our YouTube channel is live with Brahmasutra ,RashtraGaatha and Saints of Bharat, and we are expanding into multiple original formats.

We combine research-first writing with cinematic execution, and we are building a strong pipeline of original content with future distribution planned across digital and OTT platforms.

The Role:

We are hiring a YouTube Writer to create engaging, research-driven scripts for our long-form and short-form YouTube content. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with researchers, editors, and the creative team to shape compelling narratives.

Your focus will be on storytelling, clarity, structure, and audience retention, while ensuring accuracy and depth in Bharat-centric content.

What You'll Do:

1) Script Writing & Story Development

• Write long-form YouTube scripts (7–12 minutes) with strong hooks and clear structure

• Develop engaging intros, transitions, and impactful conclusions

• Convert research inputs into compelling, viewer-friendly narratives

• Maintain tone, clarity, and storytelling consistency across episodes

2) Research & Content Structuring

• Work with research inputs and organize them into structured scripts

• Ensure factual accuracy and content credibility

• Build story flow with logical progression and strong narrative arc

• Simplify complex topics into engaging, easy-to-understand scripts

3) Collaboration & Iteration

• Work closely with editors, researchers, and creative leads

• Implement feedback and revise scripts as needed

• Align scripts with visual storytelling and editing requirements

• Support content planning and episode development

4) Content Quality & Optimization• Focus on viewer retention and pacing

• Write strong opening hooks (0–30 seconds)

• Maintain clarity and storytelling consistency

• Adapt scripts based on performance insights and feedback

Must-haves

• 1–3 years of content writing or script writing experience (YouTube preferred)

• Strong storytelling and narrative structuring skills

• Basic understanding of YouTube content and audience retention

• Interest in Bharat's history, culture, spirituality, and knowledge systems

• Strong research and writing skills

• Comfortable working onsite in Vashi, Navi Mumbai

• Reliable and deadline-driven

Nice-to-haves

• Experience writing documentary-style or educational content

• Experience writing for YouTube long-form videos

• Basic understanding of video editing workflow

• Hindi + English writing ability
