About the Role

Dream On Travel is looking for an experienced Content Writer to create engaging, well-researched written content across blogs, social media, and digital platforms. The role involves writing compelling social media copies and scripts, developing structured content plans, and collaborating closely with the marketing and design teams to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.

Key Expectation

The Content Writer will be responsible for maintaining the brand's voice across platforms, creating high-quality written content that aligns with marketing goals, and contributing creative ideas that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The role requires consistency, research-backed writing, and strong coordination with internal teams.

This is a creative, strategy-oriented role in a growing startup environment. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys writing across formats, understands digital content trends, and wants to build a strong content portfolio in the travel and lifestyle space. This is a work-from-office role requiring active collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Write crisp, engaging social media copies and scripts for short-form video content, ensuring clarity, impact, and brand alignment.

Curate well-researched blog content supported by basic keyword research and SEO best practices.

Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in coordination with the marketing and content teams, aligned with trip plans, trends, and target audience behavior.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to support campaign-based content and social media creatives.

Conceptualize and execute creative content strategies to increase brand awareness, user-generated content (UGC), engagement, and overall sales.

Ensure consistency in tone, language, and storytelling across all content formats and platforms.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, SEO Writer, Blog Writer, or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in English; understanding of Tamil language and Tamil pop culture is required.

Basic understanding or hands-on experience in SEO and keyword research (preferred).

Familiarity with writing for social media platforms, websites, and digital publications.

Ability to adapt writing style based on platform, audience, and content objective.

Other Important Things to Note

This is a work-from-office position; daily commute to the office in Coimbatore is mandatory.

Remote or hybrid work options are not available for this role.

Salary and designation will be based on experience and skill level.
