Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Content Writer to join our Training and Product Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating a variety of documents, including Course curriculum, Training Scripts, user manuals, Tutorial scripts and other training materials. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write comprehensive, easy-to-follow scripts for training courses for Interactive training applications, instructor-led videos, and e-learning modules.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation.
• Research, Analyze and interpret data, technical documents, and other resources to develop well-informed training materials.
• Write compelling video scripts tailored for visual learning, enhancing learner engagement and retention.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, SMEs, product managers, and marketing to gather insights and feedback.
• Design different types of assessment for knowledge test

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / Diploma in engineering
• Proven experience in technical writing, content creation, or instructional design, preferably in a training or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Excellent command of written English, with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and style.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
