We are looking for a Creative Content Writer with proven experience in luxury real estate or premium lifestyle brands to create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content for Della Townships. The candidate should understand luxury positioning, storytelling, and aspirational communication.

Key Responsibilities:
. Develop compelling content for luxury township projects, villas, residences, and lifestyle offerings
. Write content for websites, brochures, coffee table books, presentations, ads, and social media
. Create brand-focused storytelling that reflects luxury, exclusivity, and sophistication
. Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and digital teams to align messaging
. Write SEO-friendly website and digital content
. Proofread, edit, and ensure consistency in tone and brand voice
. Support campaign launches, project announcements, and corporate communications
. Research market trends, competitor positioning, and luxury real estate narratives

Required Skills & Qualifications:
. Excellent command over English language (writing & editing)
. Strong understanding of luxury branding and high-end customer mindset
. Experience with real estate brochures, project narratives, and digital content
. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is an advantage
. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
