Words are the whole point. Good visuals get the click, good copy makes them stay.

We're looking for a Content Writer and Copywriter who understands that words aren't filler, they're the strategy. Captions that don't sound like a brand trying too hard. Scripts that actually feel like a human wrote them. Blogs that people read past the first paragraph. That's what we're after.

This is a part-time or retainer freelance role, which means you set your own rhythm, but you show up consistently and you deliver. If you're someone who can batch a week's worth of captions in a morning and still make each one feel fresh, we want to talk.

What you'll actually be doing:

  • Writing captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, punchy, on-brand, no corporate-speak
  • Scripting short-form video content, reels, explainers, talking-head scripts that don't sound like a PowerPoint
  • Writing blogs and long-form content that's actually useful, not just SEO padding
  • Crafting ad copy and campaign messaging that gets to the point fast
  • Working from a content calendar, batching and scheduling content so the team always has copy ready to go
  • Occasionally jumping in on website copy, email, or other one-off writing needs

You're probably a fit if:

  • You have 1-3 years of writing experience, agency, in-house, or freelance all count
  • You can switch between tones without losing your voice, casual for Instagram, sharper for LinkedIn, clear for blogs
  • You understand how short-form content works in 2025, hooks, pacing, what makes someone stop scrolling
  • You're reliable and self-directed, this is a part-time role, so you manage your own deadlines
  • You have writing samples or a portfolio that shows range, not just one type of content
  • You can take a brief, ask the right questions, and come back with something good, not just something safe

Bonus points if you:

  • Have written for tech, SaaS, or digital-first brands before
  • Know basic SEO principles and how to apply them without making the writing feel robotic
  • Have experience writing video scripts end-to-end, from hook to CTA
  • Are comfortable working inside a content calendar and coordinating with a visual team
