About the Role
AI tools are changing how B2B products are discovered, evaluated, and recommended. Content now plays a key role not only in educating buyers, but also in influencing AI-generated responses across search, chat, and recommendation systems. As a Content Writer at ToolJet, you will create clear, high-quality content that helps teams understand when and why ToolJet is the right internal app builder.
What You Will Do
- Write and maintain high-quality B2B product content including blogs, tutorials, use cases, and product pages
- Create clear and persuasive website and landing page copy aligned with ToolJet's B2B positioning
- Own newsletters, product updates, and email content for developers, product teams, and enterprise users
- Develop comparison and evaluation content to support B2B buying decisions
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Use AI tools like GPT to draft, refine, and scale content efficiently
- Create content that performs well across modern discovery channels, including AI-generated responses
- Experiment with content formats, messaging, and distribution to improve reach and engagement
- Update existing content as features, messaging, and customer needs evolve
- Support broader B2B marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed
Who You Are
- A strong writer with experience writing for B2B products or SaaS companies
- Comfortable explaining technical or product concepts to a professional audience
- Able to write both long-form educational content and concise, conversion-focused copy
- Curious about AI tools and how B2B buyers discover and evaluate products
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
What You Bring
- Proven experience writing content for B2B products, SaaS, or developer-focused platforms
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and structure
- Experience with newsletters, email campaigns, or ongoing audience communication
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and iteration
- Ability to review content performance and improve based on outcomes

- Have written for developer tools, internal tools, or low-code platforms
- Have experience supporting product-led growth or enterprise sales content
