Job Title: Content Writer (NRI)

Location: Chennai (On-site)

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Senior Content Writer who can create thoughtful, high-quality content across formats and platforms. This role is suited for someone who can write engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube, while also being comfortable with long-form formats such as website pages, blogs, articles, and guides.

The ideal candidate should be able to balance creativity with clarity, adapt writing for different platforms and audiences, and bring a strong command of both English and Hindi. Prior experience in financial services content will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation Across Formats

Write clear, engaging, and well-structured content across multiple formats including social media captions, video scripts, website copy, blogs, articles, landing pages, and marketing collateral.

Social Media and Video Content Support

Create platform-relevant content for channels such as Instagram and YouTube, including post copy, reel scripts, video hooks, thumbnail text, and content ideas.

Long-Form Content Development

Write well-structured long-form content for websites, blogs, educational articles, and other knowledge-led assets that support business and marketing goals.

Bilingual Content Execution

Develop content in both English and Hindi with strong language accuracy, tone control, and contextual understanding. Support multilingual content requirements across campaigns and platforms.

Editing and Quality Control

Ensure all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with the brand's tone and objectives. Review and refine content for grammar, structure, consistency, and readability.

Content Planning Support

Work closely with the content and marketing teams to support content calendars, campaign requirements, and ongoing communication needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with teams across marketing, business, design, and video to understand briefs clearly and deliver content that is relevant, effective, and on-brand.

Content Performance Awareness

Use audience response and performance insights to improve content quality and sharpen future output.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or related roles
• Strong writing ability across both short-form and long-form content
• Prior experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube
• Comfort with website content, blogs, articles, and other long-form formats
• Strong command over written and spoken English and Hindi
• Good editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand briefs well and translate them into quality content with minimal handholding

Nice to Have

• Experience writing in the personal finance, insurance, mutual fund, or fintech space
• Familiarity with content performance metrics and SEO basics
• Knowledge of additional Indian languages beyond English and Hindi

Work Mode and Expectations

• Full-time, on-site in Chennai
• Monday to Friday workweek
