Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Content Operations & Optimization Lead to oversee content quality, productivity, SEO performance, multilingual excellence, and AI-enabled workflows across our Website Content team.
This role will be responsible for building scalable systems, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring high standards of content delivery while developing team capability and future leadership pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Content Quality & Governance
- Establish and maintain high content quality standards across formats and languages
- Lead QA processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Reduce rework and improve overall accuracy and consistency
- Standardize editorial guidelines and best practices
Productivity and Delivery Excellence
- Ensure timely delivery of content aligned with business priorities
- Monitor output benchmarks and optimize team capacity
- Improve workflow efficiency across hybrid teams
- Proactively manage risks impacting delivery timelines
SEO and Performance Optimization
- Collaborate with SEO stakeholders to improve organic visibility
- Align content strategy with keyword and search intent insights
- Track content performance and drive data-led improvements
AI & Process Optimization
- Integrate AI tools into content workflows responsibly and effectively
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Develop standardized, scalable content operations frameworks
Multilingual Content Operations
- Ensure quality and tone consistency across languages
- Maintain glossary and localization standards
- Manage multilingual publishing processes
Team Development & Leadership
- Coach and mentor writers across competency levels
- Design structured skill progression frameworks
- Conduct regular feedback and performance discussions
- Build a succession-ready content team
Required Qualifications
- 58+ years of experience in content operations, digital content management, or SEO
- Proven experience managing content teams
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms, SEO fundamentals, and QA processes
- Experience working with AI tools in content creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
