Summary:
Your focus will be on creating in-app product content for our smart meeting solutions that help workers conduct meetings more effectively in all stages: before, during, and after the meeting.
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit friendly, clear UX copy with a touch of Teams brand flair.
- Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate.
- Understand and effectively use our content model, content types, style guide, and brand voice.
- Use multiple sources of customer data to inform strategic content direction and improvements.
- Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and reuse/repackage and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience writing end-user facing UX copy (applications, web, ecommerce, etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Proficient with editing copy in design software like Figma.
- Portfolio of writing and content samples.
- North American English fluency.
- BA/BS degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, or other literary/communication subjects.
Required Skills:
- Natural and inquisitive passion for modern technology.
- Experience working with Design discipline (interactive, visual, research).
- Experience with digital content tools/CMS.
- Experience working with customer research.
- Agency copywriting experience.
- Flexible, versatile writing across form factors, subject matter, and audiences.
- Self-motivated collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with Digital product.
- Design Degree or Mass Communication Degree.
