Key Responsibilities:
Content Management: Source, curate, edit, and publish content on the portal, both proactively and in response to business needs. Research existing content before creating new material.
Project Support: Write and/or edit content for business projects, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and ease of use.
Archiving: Assist with archiving content in line with internal document retention guidelines.
Quality Assurance: Conduct content quality reviews and update materials based on style guidelines, voice standards, and publishing templates.
Maintenance: Manage content maintenance requests within established service level agreements (SLAs).
Editorial Oversight: Provide guidance to content stakeholders to ensure high-quality output aligned with voice and style standards.
Process Improvement: Offer feedback to enhance editorial processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in global English.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities, including negotiating trade-offs when necessary.
Hands-on experience in writing, editing, curating, and creating diverse content types.
Proficiency in publishing within site platforms and tools (SharePoint/SharePoint Online preferred).
Solid understanding of style guides
Experience advocating for content strategy in environments with competing priorities.
Sound judgement in content decisions, prioritizing user experience.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and publishing workflows.
