Role Description
This is a remote, volunteer, and unpaid role for a Content Strategy Manager. You'll lead TBA's (VERTICAL of TIES) research and writing vertical, ensuring all content remains UPSC-relevant, conceptually sound, and analytically strong. This role is central to maintaining TBA's credibility as a serious UPSC-oriented platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate content writers and researchers
- Plan weekly and monthly content themes aligned with the UPSC syllabus (Prelims & Mains)
- Review, edit, and fact-check articles, briefs, and analytical posts
- Ensure content is balanced, well-structured, and exam-oriented
- Maintain consistency in tone, depth, and quality across platforms
- Coordinate with graphics, social media, and policy teams for integrated output
- Guide the team on answer-writing orientation and conceptual clarity
Eligibility & Skills
- Strong understanding of UPSC syllabus, current affairs, and GS subjects
- Good research, analytical thinking, and academic writing skills
- Basic leadership and team-management capability
- Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of work
- Prior experience in content writing, research, or UPSC preparation preferred
