About the Role
We are looking for a Content Strategist with strong experience working directly with D2C brands and content-first companies. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable strategizing and creating content, with a deep understanding of how storytelling ties back to business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan, and execute content campaigns for brands across different industries, ensuring a strong balance between creative vision and business objectives.
- A strategic content thinker with a video-first mindset, experienced in creating and planning short-format content at scale (3045 seconds), with a strong understanding of what works for different brands and platforms.
- Take ownership of content creation and execution, including ideation, writing, and end-to-end delivery across platforms.
- Drive ideation by converting insights into innovative, actionable, and scalable content ideas, while being mindful of budgets and timelines.
- Review and refine creative outputs (art, copy, and concepts) to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with brand goals.
- Stay ahead of digital, social, and content trends, emerging platforms, and audience behaviors, and proactively integrate relevant innovations into brand strategies.
- Ensure the brands worked on remain culturally relevant, trend-aware, and competitive in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Desired Profile
- Proven experience working with D2C brands and/or content-driven platforms (media, OTT, lifestyle, travel, or entertainment brands).
- Strong understanding of digital-first content formats, especially social media and video-led storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously, with prompt ideation and efficient execution in fast-paced environments.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and conceptual thinking skills.
