About the Role
We're looking for a Content Strategist who understands how content travels on the internet, from creator collaborations to memes and trend-led storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who can build content strategies that feel native, culturally relevant, and performance-aware. Candidates with prior experience at a meme marketing agency or culture-led content agency are highly recommended.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own content strategies across social and digital platforms
- Plan and execute influencer marketing content, including creator briefs and content frameworks
- Ideate and scale meme marketing content aligned with trends, formats, and brand tonality
- Translate brand and marketing objectives into content calendars, themes, and narratives
- Create clear content briefs for creators, copywriters, designers, and internal teams
- Work closely with influencer managers, social teams, and performance teams to ensure content effectiveness
- Ensure consistency in voice, messaging, and storytelling across all content outputs
- Track content performance and iterate strategies based on insights and learnings
What You Bring
- 46 years of experience as a Content Strategist / Content Lead / Social Strategist
- Strong hands-on experience in influencer marketing campaigns and creator-led content
- Proven exposure to meme marketing, trend-based content, and internet culture
- Highly preferable: Experience working at a meme marketing agency or culture-first content agency
- Strong understanding of platform behavior (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.)
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder coordination skills
