Job Title: Content Marketing

Location: Bangalore (On-site preferred)

CTC Range: 8 - 10 Lakhs (depending on experience)

Experience: 4 - 6 years in graphic design, branding, or visual communication

Reports To: Marketing Head

Overview:

You are responsible for the production of content on all channels for the brand & publishing on socials. You will use AI tools to write the content but work with the designers & videographers to ensure end to end production & timely output. You will also own the creative ideation and campaign development for the brand across all channels. You are basically the creative think tank for the brand across the media & customer life cycle.

  1. Socials
  2. Own the entire content lifecycle on Instagram & Linkedin from content creation, publishing, online community management & analytics
  3. Create monthly content calendar plan, work with stakeholders to manage content production
  4. Create ideas & hooks for different content pieces
  5. Publish content, get it promoted and observe + present analytics to improve social performance
  6. Use analytics to improve content quality + community size & engagement month on month
  7. Whatsapp + Email marketing + Performance Marketing
  8. Own the monthly content calendar for the channel
  9. Create ideas & hooks for content & work with the designer to get it produced
  10. Write content templates + campaigns for the calendar
  11. Work with Digital Manager to publish the content timely
  12. Website & Blogs
  13. Create and manage monthly content calendar for the website - banners & blogs
  14. Write content for the website banners as per monthly calendar
  15. Write content for the blogs with the help of AI
  16. Knowledge Base
  17. Develop a content library for recipes for community engagement
  18. Develop a library of client case studies
  19. Plan the calendar & ideate on new hooks
  20. Ensure all pieces of content produced are used across channels in short & long format to maximise the visibility
  21. Vendor management
  22. Coordinate with external vendors for video & design production

Style of working

  1. Tools
  2. Use Canva templates for quick design turnarounds when required
  3. Train Claude/Open AI on brand language and personality & use it for all content generation
  4. Use Zoho suite for publishing content on socials + analytics
  5. Speed
  6. Work with clearly communicated deadlines
  7. Communicate any delays to the relevant stakeholders
  8. Ensure the output formats are as per requirements to avoid any unwanted iterations
  9. Teamwork
  10. Work with other departments to understand expectations and requirements

  • 15 videos/month to be produced
  • Insta + LI post publish + community mgmt basis calendar (20 posts in all)
  • One time email templates - 7 - quarterly refreshes
  • 3 client case studies/month
  • 4 monthly emails
  • 4-6 monthly WA
  • One time WA templates - 4 - quarterly refreshes
  • 5 website banners
  • 20 monthly blogs
  • 15 event posts
  • 15 event static ads monthly
  • 15 ad copies monthly
