Role OverviewWe are looking for a Content Strategist who can plan, create, optimize and scale content across LinkedIn, Website, Email, Case Studies, Talent Branding & Founder Ghostwriting. You will play a key role in building Softrica's inbound authority + pipeline.
Responsibilities- Plan monthly content calendar aligned with IT hiring & staffing narrative trends
- Research competitor content + trending B2B positioning
- Create short / long form content for LinkedIn, blogs, email sequences, landing pages
- Founder ghost content building + narrative architecture
- SEO + Content optimization for inbound, lead growth and demand gen
- Build sales enablement content (pitch angles, scripts, punchlines, positioning blocks)
- Track content performance, analytics & experimentation
Requirements- Minimum 1 year proven experience in Content Writing / Content Strategy roles
- Strong research capability with ability to translate insights into strategic narratives
- Exposure / understanding of SaaS, IT Services & Staffing industry (preferred advantage)
- Understanding of LinkedIn organic growth mechanics, content hooks & performance signals
- Exceptional English writing with strong storytelling + humanized communication style
- Full-time onsite availability at Softrica office is mandatory
