About the Role

PriceSenz is seeking a driven, detail-obsessed Content Strategist & Storyteller with a passion for technology, GovTech, and AI and the mindset to 10X content production by leveraging AI tools, smart workflows, and structured knowledge reuse.

This is a strategic content role not a compliance writer or marketing generalist. You'll own the voice, flow, structure, and persuasion behind how PriceSenz shows up across:

• Government proposals & capability statements
• Website, digital & brand storytelling
• Sales & marketing materials
• Resume, profile & thought leadership content

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Capability Storytelling

Decode RFPs, RFIs, and project scopes from SLED agencies (especially Texas DIR, MUDs, ISDs, etc.)

Shape compliant, persuasive responses with clear win themes, positioning, and structure

Tailor resumes, bios, and past performance examples for client-facing packaging

• Maintain and structure a modular content library for reuse across bids

Digital & Web Content

• Write and continuously refine website content that reflects our AI-first tech services and staffing work
• Craft copy that resonates with decision-makers across public agencies and mid-market clients
• Align tone, structure, and messaging across web, social, decks, and collateral

Sales & GTM Content

• Create powerful capability statements, sales decks, one-pagers, and outreach content
• Collaborate with design and BD teams to craft end-to-end messaging for target markets
• Support resume-based storytelling, talent branding, and pitch narratives

AI-First Content Workflows

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Writer, etc.) to accelerate drafting, repurposing, QA, and content ops

Work with product and delivery teams to identify patterns and templates for content automation

• Experiment with AI-first content systems to scale quality output without sacrificing nuance or clarity

What You Bring

36 years experience in B2B/GovTech content strategy, technical storytelling, or strategic writing

Native or near-native command of English writing, grammar, clarity, and flow

Deep curiosity for technology and AI not to code, but to position solutions meaningfully

• Strong market awareness ability to adapt writing for different SLED buyer personas (CIOs, procurement, HR, program leads)
• Extreme attention to detail formatting, compliance, voice, brand, and structure
• Comfort with AI-first workflows, versioning, prompt engineering, and multi-tool integration

Tools & Skills

• Essential: MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Slides, Grammarly, Canva, Notion
• Preferred: AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Writer, Jasper), low-code or automation workflows
• Bonus: Figma, HubSpot, markdown or CMS familiarity, Loom

Bonus Experience

• Public-sector writing (State of Texas, MUDs, ISDs, education, infrastructure, digital government)
• Resume refinement, candidate storytelling, or staffing content
• SEO-oriented content and web UX copywriting
• Working with small firms scaling to mid-market and enterprise
