Job Title: Manager - Content Strategy

Location: Mumbai

About the role:

As a Manager - Content Strategy at Pepper Content, you will play a key role in shaping

content-driven solutions across SEO, thought leadership, B2B demand generation,

owned assets, consumer journeys and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Consultation

Understand client challenges and propose tailored strategies.

Own content strategy across SEO, thought leadership, B2B demand generation and more.

Conduct industry analysis and identify content gaps and opportunities.

2. Execution & Delivery

Develop impactful content strategies with clear execution roadmaps.

Oversee the creation and optimization of owned assets (websites, apps, social media, CRM).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive solutions.

3. Customer Success & Thought Leadership

Lead client strategy discussions, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Ensure long-term customer engagement and retention

Key Qualifications:

4-7 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing for B2B/B2C brands.

Strong analytical and storytelling skills.

Experience with SEO tools, consumer research, and analytics.

Excellent client-facing communication, pitching, and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in consulting, agency, or digital transformation roles preferred.
