We're Hiring: Content Strategist
(34 Years Experience)

Location: Hyderabad (Jubilee Hills)
ONROL | Full-Time | On-Site

We're looking for a Content Strategist who can build powerful brand narratives, drive engagement, and execute content that doesn't just look good but performs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning
  • Develop end-to-end content strategies for social media, digital campaigns, influencer-led initiatives, and brand communication.
  • Conduct content audits, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create structured content calendars aligned with campaign goals, brand tone, and audience insights.
  • Plan content funnels that align storytelling with measurable performance outcomes.

2. Creative Direction & Storytelling
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas and content narratives with creative, design, and growth teams.
  • Lead ideation across formats reels, scripts, static posts, carousels, blogs, website content, brand films, landing pages, and more.
  • Ensure cohesive storytelling and messaging consistency across platforms.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear, compelling creative briefs.

3. Website Content & Brand Communication
  • Lead website content planning and updation (homepages, service pages, landing pages, blogs).
  • Optimize website copy for clarity, positioning, and conversion.
  • Align website messaging with ongoing campaigns and ONROL's Talent-to-Income narrative.
  • Collaborate with design and tech teams to enhance content structure and user experience.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with account managers, designers, video editors, performance marketers, and influencer managers.
  • Provide structured briefs, feedback, and strong creative direction.
  • Manage multiple brand narratives with fast turnaround timelines.

5. Performance & Optimization
  • Track content performance across platforms and optimize strategy accordingly.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, AI tools, platform algorithm shifts, and creator economy movements.
  • Experiment with hooks, storytelling formats, and content structures that drive engagement and visibility.

What We're Looking For
  • 34 years of agency experience in content strategy, social media, or brand communication.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience behavior, and viral mechanics.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into high-impact content.
  • Strategic mindset with strong editorial instincts.
  • Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or digital agencies is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to website content planning & conversion optimization is highly preferred.
