Content & Brand Strategist

Dhara Jewels is a luxury jewelry retail brand, based in Hyderabad, India, founded by alumni of BITS Pilani, HEC Paris, and IIM. The brand works majorly in the Diamonds, Polki, Kundan, and Nakshi product categories. At Dhara Jewels, we are committed to redefining luxury in the jewelry industry by blending tradition with innovation.

As we scale our digital presence, we are looking for a Content & Brand Strategist who can transform our Instagram from a product catalogue into a storytelling-driven luxury brand experience.

This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury positioning, audience psychology, and content strategy not just posting, editing or performance marketing.

What you'll do

- Lead, develop and execute a clear social media content strategy aligned with our brand positioning

- Plan monthly content calendars across reels, carousels, and storytelling formats

- Direct and collaborate with our in-house videographer/editor during shoots

- Improve engagement, saves, shares, and DM conversions through content optimization

- Build a strong brand voice and storytelling around jewellery, weddings, gifting, and modern luxury

- Analyze performance metrics and iterate strategy accordingly

Whom are we looking for

- 25 years of experience in social media strategy, brand strategy, or luxury/fashion content

- Strong understanding of Instagram growth, content formats, and storytelling frameworks

- Ability to think beyond trends and build long-term brand perception

- Experience working with D2C, fashion, jewellery, or luxury brands is a strong plus
