Netpuppys is looking for a dynamic, multi-talented Senior Copywriter & Content Strategist to join our team in Gurugram. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable writing compelling brand narratives as they are managing client relationships and directing high-production shoots.

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with client goals and brand identity.
• Write high-converting, punchy, and professional copy for social media, digital ads, and long-form content.
• Build and maintain strategic content calendars that ensure consistent brand storytelling.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations, project timelines, and performance reporting.
• Translate client feedback into actionable creative directives.
• Ensure all deliverables maintain the high standard and aesthetic expected of Netpuppys.

• Direct Ad Shoots: Take charge of on-set creative direction, ensuring video and photo assets meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor internal creative team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high-quality, on-brand output.
• Manage project workflows to ensure efficiency and timely delivery across all accounts.
  

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency.
• Versatility: A balance of creative prowess (copy/strategy) and operational discipline (account management/team leadership).
• Production Skills: Proven experience in directing production crews and guiding ad shoots from concept to final edit.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and handle client relations independently.
• Professionalism: A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a professional, premium brand identity.
• Location: Ability to work from our Gurugram office daily.
