Content Creator and Strategist

Mu Sigma Marketing Team

Mu Sigma is the world's largest Decision Sciences and analytics firm, helping over 140 Fortune 500 clients across 10+ industries scale data-driven decision-making. With over 3,000 Decision Sciences professionals, we pride ourselves on being a category- and career-defining company.

Mu Sigma is undergoing an exciting brand revival and launching a high-impact marketing and brand-building initiative. We're seeking a skilled and adaptable Content Creatorand Strategist to elevate our employer brand and showcase our team's success stories. Your work will position Mu Sigma as an employer of choice and play a key role in crafting dynamic internal campaigns that drive our recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a wide range of content, including videos, event collateral, employee testimonials, etc., to position Mu Sigma as an employer of choice across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Own the content development process from ideation to publishing, including writing, video/art direction, and scheduling.
  • Research industry trends and competitor strategies to craft compelling content highlighting Mu Sigma's unique value proposition.
  • Create quarterly social media performance reports with actionable insights to improve content performance, engagement and follow-up growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, HR, Business teams, and external agencies to develop impactful content strategies adaptable across multiple channels.
  • Conduct employee interviews to extract and showcase engaging success stories.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines with a keen eye for detail.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while being open to feedback and peer review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; a background in Marketing or a technical field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or PR.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Visual thinker with strong storytelling abilities.
  • Experience creating or assisting with video content for social media and other digital platforms.
  • An ability to work with various stakeholders and open to collaboration and working with multiple thinkers
  • High energy, driven, and ready to collaborate with diverse thinkers and creatives—someone who takes ownership and brings ideas to life.
