Position: Content Strategist (Entry-Level)

Experience Level: 23 years

Department: Creative Content

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi (On-site)

About the Role

The Content Strategist will be responsible for driving content strategy, managing client communication, and supporting high-quality campaign delivery across social media, internal communication, digital channels, and B2B formats. This role requires strong storytelling skills, structured thinking, and the ability to work across both long-form and short-form content requirements. Prior experience or interest in Employer Branding (EB) is preferred, as the role includes exposure to brand communication targeted at employees and talent. The position also demands client-facing confidence, project ownership, and collaboration with multidisciplinary creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ideate, conceptualise, and develop content strategies for brand campaigns across digital, social media, and employer branding (EB).
  2. Create content directions, campaign narratives, messaging frameworks, and social media strategies.
  3. Demonstrate interest in exploring employer branding communications both internal (employee engagement, culture communication) and external (talent attraction, hiring campaigns).
  4. Write long-form content (blogs, case studies, scripts, internal communication) and short-form content (social copies, captions, micro-campaigns), primarily for B2B clients.
  5. Coordinate with internal creative teams designers and video editors to execute deliverables.
  6. Manage client communication, briefing discussions, idea presentations, and feedback cycles.
  7. Ensure timely approvals, revisions, and delivery of all content and marketing assets.

Exposure to Employer Branding (EB)

EB focuses on how companies position themselves as workplaces for both current employees and prospective talent. EB work may include cultural storytelling, recruitment marketing, employee-engagement content, advocacy initiatives, and internal communication campaigns. Candidates with prior exposure or a strong willingness to explore this niche are preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

  1. Strong foundation in content writing and digital storytelling (B2B preferred).
  2. Ability to switch between long-form and short-form content formats comfortably.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication with clear narrative structuring.
  4. Understanding of digital platforms, social content formats, and audience behaviour.
  5. Ability to convert briefs into structured, actionable content directions.
  6. Client-facing maturity, presentation skills, and proactive communication.
  7. Prior agencies experience preferred (B2B exposure is a plus).
  8. Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines.

Experience Required

  1. 23 years in content writing, strategy, digital marketing, or similar roles.
  2. Experience with B2B clients preferred but not mandatory.
  3. Experience handling multi-industry or multi-account environments is an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
