Roles & Responsibilities

Content Structuring & Taxonomy Design and maintain a detailed content taxonomy that goes beyond topic level covering skills, learning objectives, difficulty levels, and content types across all subjects. Audit and reorganize existing content libraries to align with the new structure.

Content Tagging & Labelling Define and implement a tagging and labelling system that enables personalization, content recommendations, and skill gap identification for learners. Own the ongoing accuracy and evolution of tags as content grows.

Content Development Proactively identify gaps in the content library missing topics, outdated material, underserved learner segments and drive development initiatives to close them. Create content directly where needed and collaborate with Academic Leads and Subject Matter Experts to ensure quality and relevance.

Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define metrics to evaluate how content is being used and whether it is driving learning outcomes. Use data and user feedback to iterate on content structure, sequencing, and strategy on an ongoing basis.

AI-Powered Execution Use AI tools for content development, audits, and gap analysis as a standard part of your workflow. Be comfortable working with AI agents and automated workflows to execute tasks at speed without compromising quality.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience structuring and organizing large content libraries in EdTech, LMS platforms, assessment systems, or similar environments.

Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills you see content as an interconnected system, not isolated pieces.

Ability to work independently in ambiguous, evolving problem spaces where the playbook doesn't exist yet.

Comfort working with AI-assisted workflows for content creation, tagging, auditing, and review.

Ability to collaborate across functions working with product, data, engineering, and academic teams to align content with business and learner goals.

Strong ownership mindset you don't wait to be told what's broken; you find it, flag it, and fix it.
