Content Strategist, gTech Ad Customer Support

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and scale content strategies, including AI-powered tools for content creation and optimization.
• Drive content refreshes and optimizations in response to new product launches and customer journey insights.
• Analyze data across multiple surfaces to identify trends and establish KPIs for content strategy.
• Manage complex projects, mitigate risks, and influence stakeholders to overcome roadblocks and ensure project success.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in content, technology, support operations, or related fields.
• Experience formulating data-driven proposals and communicating success of initiatives.
• Knowledge of Google Ads products and familiarity with AI-powered content strategy tools.
