Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Strategist who will be responsible for driving high-performing influencer content across campaigns. This role focuses on ideation, scripting direction, and ensuring that all content aligns with brand messaging while maximizing engagement and conversions.

You will work closely with the influencer marketing team and content POC to turn creator collaborations into impactful content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Ideation

  • Develop content angles, hooks, and campaign concepts for influencer collaborations
  • Identify trends, formats, and viral patterns relevant to the brand
  • Create content frameworks tailored to different products and target audiences

2. Scripting & Direction

  • Guide influencers with clear content briefs and script directions
  • Ensure content is engaging within the first 3–5 seconds (strong hooks)
  • Balance brand messaging with natural, creator-led storytelling

3. Performance-Driven Thinking

  • Analyze past campaign performance to refine content strategies
  • Identify what works (hooks, formats, storytelling styles) and scale it
  • Continuously test new content formats and ideas

4. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the scouting team for creator selection based on content fit
  • Coordinate with the Content POC for script and video approvals
  • Align with marketing goals (product focus, offers, campaigns)

5. Quality & Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all content maintains brand tone, messaging, and positioning
  • Improve overall content quality across influencer campaigns

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Proven ability to identify viral hooks and engaging formats
  • Experience in scripting or content planning for social media
  • Analytical mindset can connect content with performance
  • Good communication skills to guide creators effectively
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing or D2C brands preferred
