Role Overview
This is not a social media management role.
As the Content Strategist, you will define and build Fraganote's content ecosystem across brand, performance, and culture—from ideas to execution.
This includes:
- Content Strategy (what to say)
- Creative Direction (how it looks)
- Content Creation (how it gets made)
Your core mandate is to elevate Fraganote into a modern, affordable luxury brand through high-quality storytelling, distinctive visuals, and scalable content systems.
What You Will Own
1. Brand Narrative & Luxury Positioning
- Build and evolve Fraganote's core narrative, tone, and voice
- Translate products into desire-led stories, moods, and worlds
- Ensure every piece of content reflects a premium, aspirational identity
- Move communication from functional → emotional → cultural
2. Content Strategy & Idea Development
- Define what content should exist across ads, social, and brand
- Develop strong content ideas, hooks, and storytelling angles
- Build content pillars and long-term storytelling frameworks
- Ensure consistency across D2C, marketplaces, and campaigns
3. Content IP Development (Critical)
- Create repeatable content IPs/series that build brand recall
- Develop formats that are:
- Distinct
- Scalable
- Ownable by Fraganote
- Move from random posting → recognizable brand properties
- (Example: signature storytelling formats, recurring characters, visual motifs, narrative series)
4. Campaign & Launch Thinking
- Conceptualize end-to-end campaigns for product drops
- Think in terms of big ideas, not individual creatives
- Build campaign worlds (visual + narrative)
- Drive high-impact, conversation-worthy launches
5. Shoot Ownership (Model, Product, Campaign)
- Lead end-to-end shoot direction:
- Model shoots
- Product shoots
- Campaign films
- Ad creatives
- Define casting, styling, mood, lighting, and set design
- Build detailed moodboards and references
- Ensure output feels premium, intentional, and globally relevant
6. Content Creation (Hands-on Execution)
- Actively participate in creating content (concepts, scripts, shot ideas)
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, editors, and creators
- Balance speed (D2C needs) with luxury aesthetics
- Own output across:
- Ads
- Social content
- Brand films
- Product storytelling
7. Ads & Social Integration
- Build content that works across:
- Performance ads (Meta, Google)
- Organic social
- Develop scroll-stopping yet premium creatives
- Bridge the gap between conversion-focused content and brand-building content
8. Art Direction & Visual Language
- Define and evolve Fraganote's visual identity
- Ensure consistency in:
- Color
- Composition
- Styling
- Tone
- Build a recognizable, ownable aesthetic
9. Cultural & Aesthetic Intelligence
- Bring references from fashion, luxury, films, and global brands
- Stay ahead of content trends and cultural shifts
- Build a brand that feels directional, not reactive
10. Creative Quality Control
- Act as the final taste filter for all content
- Push output from good enough → brand-defining
- Maintain high creative standards across all channels
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years in content, brand, creative, or editorial roles
- Proven ability across strategy + ideas + execution
- Strong experience in:
- Shoot direction (model/product/campaign)
- Content creation for ads + social
- Deep understanding of luxury / fashion / lifestyle aesthetics
- Strong storytelling and visual thinking ability
- Ability to think in campaigns, IPs, and systems—not just posts
