Content Strategist (MBA & Marketing Focus) | Altera Institute Digiaccel Learning

Digiaccel Learning is expanding its Content Strategy function, and we're looking for someone who can think like a marketer and write like a strategist.

This is not a generic content role. You will operate at the intersection of business, marketing, and thought leadership - working on initiatives that directly influence brand positioning, demand generation, and revenue outcomes.

This role will primarily work on the PGP side - shaping narratives, building intellectual authority, and translating MBA-level marketing and management concepts into sharp, research-driven content. Think of this position as a strategic content operator - someone who owns business-critical communication that moves the needle. From long-form research articles and SEO-led pillar pages to LinkedIn thought leadership and CRM funnels, your work will directly impact brand credibility, audience trust, and program growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who combines strong writing ability with deep business understanding.

You will produce high-quality, research-backed content across:

  • Long-form articles
  • LinkedIn thought leadership
  • CRM and lifecycle communication

A strong understanding of Marketing and Management fundamentals is essential. This is a high-ownership role requiring consistency, clarity, speed, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Long-Form Content

  • Write 2 research-backed articles per day (more when required)
  • Produce 8001,500 word structured, insight-driven pieces
  • Use credible sources (WEF, McKinsey, LinkedIn, NASSCOM, etc.)
  • Align content with SEO and website objectives
  • Build landing pages and pillar content

LinkedIn & Thought Leadership

  • Craft high-quality LinkedIn posts
  • Develop long-form thought leadership articles
  • Translate industry trends into engaging professional narratives
  • Maintain a consistent and elevated brand voice

CRM & Email Communication

  • Write email campaigns, nurture sequences, and follow-ups
  • Create high-conversion funnel messaging
  • Structure messaging across awareness, consideration, and decision stages
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (BBA preferred)
  • MBA (Marketing/Business) is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of MBA-level marketing concepts
  • Excellent written English
  • Ability to write structured, research-driven content
  • Clear understanding of marketing fundamentals (4Ps, funnels, CAC/LTV, brand positioning)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, growth, product, and eCommerce ecosystems
  • Ability to interpret reports and convert data into narratives
  • Strong research skills
  • Understanding of SEO and GEO
  • Experience writing for B2B or education brands (preferred)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content formats
  • Understanding of AI and digital economy trends

Output Expectations

This is a performance-driven content role. Expected output:

  • Minimum 2 research articles per day
  • 3-5 LinkedIn posts per week
  • Ongoing CRM and campaign messaging support
  • Consistency, turnaround time, and quality are equally important.
