We are hiring a Content Strategist.

And no, not the I wrote 3 posts and got 12 likes so I'm a strategist now type.

We need someone who gets LinkedIn the way chess players get patterns:

instinctively, obsessively, dangerously.

Read that again.

Not someone who knows LinkedIn.

Not someone who can write posts.

We are talking about someone who understands LinkedIn so deeply that if we show them a post, they can tell exactly why it performed, and how to replicate it at scale.

What You'll Actually Do (aka the unsexy stuff that makes brands print money):

  • Own LinkedIn growth for high-performance founders
  • Convert their chaotic thoughts into content that sounds intentional
  • Maintain a posting system that NEVER falls apart
  • Keep calendars, workflows, and communication tighter than their P&L
  • Analyse what hits, adapt, optimise like a strategist, not a content factory

Who This Role Is NOT For:

  • Anyone who treats LinkedIn like Instagram
  • People who post once a week and call it a strategy
  • Folks who need hand-holding
  • College kids who want exposure (we pay in dollars, not dreams)

Who You MUST be:

  • Full-time. No juggling 4 gigs.
  • Obsessed with content psychology and audience behaviour
  • Sharp execution, clean communication (no fluffy nonsense)
  • Able to handle pressure; founders don't slow down, neither do we
  • Someone who builds systems that print consistency
