JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development & Social Media Executive who can drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand visibility through strategic business development and effective social media management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, creative thinking abilities, and a performance-driven mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development Executive
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present company services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Social Media Executive
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, & LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage social media calendars and posting schedules.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports.
- Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.)
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for creative execution.
