About Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Content Strategist for a full-time on-site role in Nagpur. The Content Strategist will develop and execute social media strategies, manage platforms, and create engaging content for clients and in-house purposes. Responsibilities include analyzing social media metrics, optimizing performance, and maintaining consistent brand presence across channels.
Additionally, the role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to design campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
- Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Plan and create high-performing social media content including posts, short-form videos, threads, and campaigns
- Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and viral content formats
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce engaging campaigns
- Work closely with clients to understand brand voice, target audience, and campaign objectives
- Create content calendars and campaign plans for consistent publishing Monitor industry trends in AI, Web3, Crypto, Gaming, and Startup ecosystems
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling and messaging across all channels
- Experiment with growth hacks, meme marketing, and viral content formats
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in Content Strategy strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and engagement strategies
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Experience creating video-first and social-first content strategies
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize performance
- Familiarity with content tools, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest or experience in AI, Crypto, Web3, or Gaming industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
