Role Overview
We are looking for a Content & Social Media Strategist who can own the entire content ecosystem across platforms. This role is for someone who can think strategically, write clearly, and execute consistently.
You will be responsible for social media strategy, daily content management, copywriting, blogs, and long-form content, while working closely with Brand, Growth, and Performance teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning
- Build and execute social media and content strategies aligned with business and brand goals
- Define content pillars, themes, and monthly content calendars
- Identify platform-wise content formats and distribution strategies
Social Media Management
- Own end-to-end management of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, publish, and optimize content across platforms
- Monitor performance, engagement, and community interactions
- Adapt content based on insights, trends, and platform changes
Copywriting & Writing
- Write high-quality copies for social media posts, ads, landing pages, and campaigns
- Write blogs, articles, case studies, and thought leadership content
- Ensure tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all content
- Simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives
Content Execution & Collaboration
- Work with designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life
- Brief creatives clearly and review outputs for quality and brand alignment
- Collaborate with growth and performance teams for campaign messaging
Performance & Optimization
- Track content performance using basic analytics and insights
- Identify what content drives engagement, leads, and brand authority
- Continuously improve content based on data and feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in content, social media, or brand marketing roles
- Strong writing skills across short-form and long-form content
- Proven experience managing brand or founder-led social media accounts
- Clear understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and positioning
- Ability to plan and execute content consistently at scale
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, startups, or agency environments
- Basic understanding of SEO and blog optimization
- Experience working closely with performance marketing teams
- Ability to repurpose content across formats and platforms
