DESCRIPTION:
Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Content Specialist, where you'll contribute to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll serve as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and operations, managing the review of content (product titles, long descriptions and images) currently loaded on fishersci.com and determine if the content meets our minimum requirements or if enhancements are needed.
As a Content Specialist, you will use an AI tool to produce revised, or new content and you will coordinate the updated information with our Content Optimization Specialist to upload onto fishersci.com. You will analyze/track data, utilize an AI tool, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service quality. REQUIREMENTS:
. Strong English fluency, both written and verbal
. Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
. Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
. Excellent organizational and time management skills
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
. Ability to manage multiple priorities
. Demonstrated success in meeting service level agreements and performance metrics
. Experience with data analysis and reporting
. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
. Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy
