About the role
Technorhythms is looking for a Content Specialist to create, refine, and maintain high-quality content for a market research and insights-driven business. This role goes beyond writing. The ideal candidate should be able to improve content quality across drafting, editing, fact-checking, SEO alignment, and publishing readiness.

Key responsibilities
- Write, edit, and refine content for website publication, including market-focused articles, report pages, summaries, landing pages, and related digital assets
- Review content for clarity, factual consistency, logical flow, grammar, structure, and relevance before publication
- Work with research inputs, analyst notes, source material, and structured data to create credible and readable content
- Align content with SEO requirements, keyword strategy, search intent, and organic visibility goals
- Use AI tools responsibly to support drafting, editing, validation, and workflow efficiency while applying strong human judgment
- Improve weak claims, vague language, unsupported conclusions, and structural gaps before content goes live
- Maintain consistency across titles, meta content, on-page structure, and publishing standards
- Collaborate with research, SEO, editorial, and marketing teams to ensure content serves both user needs and business goals
- Support ongoing content refreshes, updates, and optimization based on performance and content quality needs
Required skills and experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a market research company or market research content role
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Ability to work with research-heavy and data-backed content
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, and on-page content structure
- Familiarity with AI-supported content workflows
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- Salary range: 30,000 to 40,000 in hand per month
- Final compensation will depend on experience, skill set, and overall fit for the role
