Job Title: Training Content Specialist
Role Objective:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Training Content Specialist to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing engaging classroom and digital content, with strong experience in Sales and Sales Training, particularly in health and health-related products.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating sales pitches, stories, and concepts that resonate with health and well-being narratives. Experience working with content partners to develop e-learning modules, engaging videos, podcasts, and training materials is essential. This role requires independent work with multiple stakeholdersincluding marketing, innovation & science, centers of excellence, and leadership teamswhile demonstrating high collaboration, agility, and a commitment to delivering high-quality training materials on time.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Instructional Design
- Co-create design documents for sales training and community building initiatives using provided templates.
- Engage with ABOs, ABO leaders, and stakeholders to develop content, facilitator/participant guides, presentations, EDMs, and other training formats for virtual and classroom sessions.
- Leverage global affiliate content to develop instructional materials aligned with adult learning principles.
- Develop sales pitches, stories, and health & well-being narratives to enhance training effectiveness.
2. E-Learning / Online Learning Development
- Create interactive online courses utilizing advanced e-learning tools.
- Design assessments to evaluate learning impact.
- Regularly update e-learning content for relevance and accuracy.
- Develop online games and simulations, utilizing animations, triggers, and basic coding skills (JavaScript, HTML preferred).
3. Video Content Creation
- Script, plan, and produce high-quality training videos.
- Collaborate with multimedia agencies to ensure professional output.
- Incorporate innovative video formats to boost engagement.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work independently with internal teams and external partners to understand training needs and deliver solutions.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts from marketing, R&D, and centers of excellence to ensure content accuracy.
- Partner with digital content specialists to develop community-building and sales content.
- Collaborate with capability building and operations teams to leverage content for training events and internal development.
- Provide regular updates on project progress.
5. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
- Partner with internal teams to measure the impact of learning initiatives, including app-based tools.
- Collaborate with insights teams to enhance training content using industry trends and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging methodologies in e-learning, virtual engagement, and content creation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in instructional design, sales content creation, program facilitation, and training delivery, especially in leadership and community-building contexts.
- Certification in Instructional Design from a reputable institute.
- Strong understanding of e-learning, video development, virtual engagement tools, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to generate engaging training content.
- Up-to-date with industry trends in e-learning, instructional design, and multimedia production.
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to evolving needs.
