Responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted, customer-focused content aligned with marketing goals and strategies
  • Understand the product landscape and competition to craft compelling messaging and case studies
  • Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into persuasive success stories
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product announcements, releases, and marketing campaigns
  • Manage and create content for various digital platforms: websites, microsites, email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, articles, and case studies
  • Maintain a content calendar that aligns with overall marketing priorities and campaign timelines
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and customer experience across all channels
  • Design content that supports personalized user journeys across the customer lifecycle
  • Leverage knowledge of sales and marketing tech stacks to optimize content performance

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content
  • Background in B2B tech products is required
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferred) or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or Creative Writing
  • Strong skills in marketing, advertising, and web copywriting
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with content management tools and digital content best practices
  • A portfolio or sample works showcasing content writing capabilities
