Job Description

Job Title: Content Specialist Intern

Job Overview:

Weare seeking a creative and adaptable Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal

candidate should be passionate about creating engaging and high-quality content across key

verticals, including Fintech, Strategic Management, Product Management, Project

Management, Data Science & AI etc. The candidate should be able to handle both technical

and strategic topics and tailor content to different audiences, from business professionals to

industry practitioners. An MBA or relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory. More

importantly, we seek someone who is eager to learn and grow while contributing to our content

strategy.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop quality content, including blog posts, case studies,

presentations, and social media content. Ensure all content aligns with the company's

voice and business goals.

Vertical Research: Stay updated on key trends and developments in fintech, strategic

management, data science, and product management.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather insights

and ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity and consistency with

company standards.

Content Optimization: Apply basic SEO best practices to optimize content for search

engines. Use analytics to guide improvements where possible.

Project Coordination: Help coordinate content projects, ensuring timely delivery while

working with external teams when needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related

field. An MBA is a plus but not required.

Experience: 1-2 years of content creation experience. Experience in one or more of the

following areas is helpful: fintech, data science, strategic management, or product

management.

Skills:

Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to explain complex ideas simply.

Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.

Strong research skills and ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics.

Ability to manage multiple content projects with tight deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS).

Experience working on cross-functional teams.
