About us
Olbrain Labs is building The Machine Brain (TMB). We want someone to document our daily work, capture the team, and publish those stories on social media and our blog.
What you'll do (day-to-day)
- Take photos and short videos of daily activities: demos, meetings, team moments, events.
- Write short social posts for LinkedIn and X (12 daily micro posts).
- Create 1 weekly feature (400800 words) about a person, demo, or milestone.
- Edit photos & short videos for social (basic cropping/color and adding captions).
- Schedule and publish posts (Notion/WordPress + native socials).
- Keep an organized folder of assets and collect simple photo-consent from teammates.
- Work directly with engineers/researchers to write accurate but readable posts.
Who should apply
- Comfortable writing clear, engaging English.
- Able to shoot decent photos/video with a smartphone and edit them.
- Knows basic social media best practices (hashtags, captions, tags).
- Fast, reliable, and can publish often (daily + weekly cadence).
- Portfolio required: 2 writing samples + 5 photo/video samples (smartphone work is fine).
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Communications / Media / English / Journalism / related, or equivalent practical experience.
- Available for immediate on-site joining in Sec-65, Gurugram.
Nice to have
- Experience with Canva/Figma, Notion/WordPress, basic analytics.
- Prior experience documenting a team, startup or event.
