About the Role

You'll be our Content & Social Media Intern — the person who writes the captions people screenshot, manages the handles people follow, and helps brands actually sound like humans on the internet.

Remote. Paid. 3 months. Full-time. Possible full-time role after, if you crush it.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing

• Write captions, hooks, carousel scripts, and reel copy for client social media handles
• Draft blog posts, website content, and long-form articles when required
• Research trends, references, and competitor content to inform creative direction
• Contribute ideas in campaign brainstorms for brand launches and content series

Social Media Management

• Manage client social media handles across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Schedule, post, and publish content as per approved monthly calendars
• Coordinate with designers and motion artists to brief and ship posts on time
• Handle community management, including replies to comments and direct messages
• Track post performance, compile weekly and monthly reports, and contribute to content reviews
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of deliverables

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and current content formats
• Ability to adapt writing tone across different brand voices (luxury, premium, playful, conversational)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer is an added advantage
• Prior experience managing social media for a college club, personal brand, or freelance project is preferred

Eligibility

• Must have completed graduation
• No ongoing academic commitments during the internship period
• Available to work full-time for the entire 3-month duration
