Social Media & Content Growth Intern Creator Cove

The Role

This is not a traditional social media internship.

You will be responsible for *creating content, understanding what makes content go viral, experimenting with formats and actively growing Creator Cove's Instagram audience.*

You will work closely with the founders and marketing team to develop content that gets *views, shares, saves, comments, followers and creator participatio

Key Responsibilities

1. Instagram Growth

* Develop and execute strategies to grow Creator Cove's Instagram followers organically.

* Research trending content formats, sounds, memes, hooks and creator trends.

* Identify opportunities for Creator Cove to participate in relevant trends.

* Experiment with Reels, carousels, Stories, collaborations and other Instagram formats.

* Track weekly growth in followers, reach, engagement and content performance.

* Study competitor and creator accounts to identify successful content strategies.

2. Content Creation

* Create and publish Instagram Reels, carousels, Stories and static posts.

* Develop creative hooks and concepts designed for high retention and shareability.

* Create content around:

* Creator tips

* Instagram growth

* Content creation

* AI tools for creators

* Editing tips

* Creator economy trends

* Influencer marketing

* Brand collaborations

* Creator success stories

* Memes and relatable creator content

* Creator Cove products, events and courses

* Repurpose long-form content into short-form social content.

3. Content Research

* Spend time every day researching what is trending across Instagram, YouTube and other creator platforms.

* Maintain a database of interesting content ideas, hooks, trends and references.

* Identify emerging creators, formats and trends that Creator Cove can leverage.

* Understand *why a piece of content is performing*, not just what is trending.

4. Content Calendar

* Build and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.

* Plan a consistent posting schedule.

* Balance educational, entertaining, inspirational, promotional and community-driven content.

* Ensure Creator Cove maintains a strong and recognizable content identity.

5. Community Building

* Engage with creators, followers and relevant communities.

* Respond to comments and DMs.

* Identify potential creator collaborations.

* Help build relationships with emerging creators and micro-influencers.

* Encourage creators to participate in Creator Cove initiatives and events.

6. Analytics & Optimization

* Track Instagram Insights and content performance.

* Monitor:

* Follower growth

* Reach

* Reel views

* Watch time

* Engagement rate

* Shares

* Saves

* Profile visits

* Follows generated per post

* Conduct weekly analysis and recommend what content should be created more or less frequently.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

* Is *obsessed with Instagram and content*

* Understands Reels, trends, hooks and viral content

* Has a strong sense of what Gen Z and young creators consume online

* Can independently come up with content ideas

* Has good writing and communication skills

* Is comfortable appearing on camera or working with creators (preferred, not mandatory)

* Has basic skills in Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar tools

* Understands basic Instagram analytics

* Is proactive and willing to experiment

* Can move quickly and execute ideas without excessive supervision
