Purpose of the Role:

The Branded Content Sales role at HTDSL is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of integrated branded content solutions across digital platforms. The role focuses on executing sales opportunities by aligning brand objectives with creative storytelling and content-led campaigns. It supports monetisation by coordinating with Brand Studio, sales, and production teams to deliver high-impact brand integrations. The position plays a key role in converting creative concepts into revenue-generating partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute branded content sales initiatives aligned with Brand Studio revenue targets
  • Perform end-to-end coordination of client briefs, creative proposals, and campaign deliverables
  • Operate within defined sales processes and standard procedures to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Follow instructions and act as directed on approved brand mandates, sales strategies, and content packages
  • Process transactions related to insertion orders, campaign approvals, commercial documentation, and releases
  • Maintain accurate record keeping of sales pipeline, client proposals, campaign commitments, and revenue tracking
  • Perform routine handling of client communication, proposal revisions, and internal coordination
  • Provide transactional support between sales, creative, production, and operations teams for seamless execution
  • Support revenue-driven KRAs including branded content revenue achievement, pitch-to-win conversion, repeat brand partnerships, average deal size growth, and on-time campaign delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • 36 years of experience in digital media sales, branded content sales, or integrated advertising solutions
  • Strong understanding of branded storytelling, content formats, and digital advertising ecosystems
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing client relationships
  • Ability to coordinate with creative, editorial, and production teams for campaign execution
  • Strong communication, proposal development, and client presentation skills
