A high-volume digital media and online platform environment focused on user-generated content, community safety, and trust & safety operations. We deliver end-to-end content review and enforcement across web and mobile products for global audiences. This remote role (India) is optimized for candidates who can apply policy-led decisions at scale while maintaining quality and SLA targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review and adjudicate text, image, and short-form video content against established community guidelines and platform policies.
- Apply consistent policy enforcement, classify content accurately, and document decisions in case-management systems for auditability.
- Escalate complex, high-risk, or legally sensitive cases to senior Trust & Safety teams and follow escalation protocols.
- Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality KPIs in high-volume queues while maintaining accuracy and throughput.
- Contribute to knowledge-base updates, policy clarifications, and regular calibration sessions to improve cross-team consistency.
- Participate in QA reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to help maintain team performance and continuous improvement.
