• Unpaid / Revenue Sharing (30%)
• Focus on learning, live projects, and certification
• Hands-on experience with real publishing workflows

Phase 2 (Months 4–6): (Performance-based continuation only)

• Paid Probation
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month
• Revenue Sharing: 20%

Phase 3 (Month 7+): (Performance-based continuation only)

• Full-Time Role
• Position: Content & SEO Analyst / Team Leader
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month
• Revenue Sharing: 5% of total team revenue
